Crimson News and Updates
From Phillip Hubbell, President
Crimson Family,
I want to start off by apologizing for the lack of clarity in my communication on the COVID-19 guidance. As a company, we value our employees’ well-being as our top priority. At the start of this crisis, our intention was to ensure that everyone was able to keep their job and continue to get paid throughout the duration of the pandemic. Our initial intention has not waivered. The management team and I are constantly discussing and researching possibilities to make this experience as painless as possible. We are continuing to learn more each day, cultivate innovative solutions and ideas, and grow stronger as a company. During this time, I implore you to stay positive, think creatively, learn a new skill, and spend the extra time with your family. We are living in unprecedented times where information and guidance changes daily. Crimson management is taking steps to ensure you stay informed and is receptive to any ideas you have going forward. We are all in this together; one team, one mission. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
COVID-19 FAQ’s Page
We have created a Frequently Asked Questionspage on our website to provide answers to your most frequently asked questions. We realize that our FAQs may not address everyone’s concerns, therefore we invite you to submit your anonymous question through our submission form. We will make sure to answer all questions as soon as possible. Please see below for access instructions. Please continue to check this website for live updates. Our FAQs site will directly address our recommendation to file for Unemployment Insurance. As your employer our goal is to provide you and your family with the best financial option during this time of uncertainty. Currently, the best option we can offer to our employees is partial or full-time unemployment.
