Provide in-depth support and lead problem solving and implementation efforts for specific technology products or applications. Provide Intel customer coordination to support mission requirements. Provide system deployment support to remote sites. Apply specific functional knowledge and develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, as needed. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with network administration
Experience as an Office 365 administrator
Experience with AWS server management
Experience with exchange admin and managing software licenses hardware and software
Experience with troubleshooting and procedure documentation
Experience with Linux administration
Experience with domain transfer
Experience with customer communication and training
Experience with Help desk – Triage and Resolution
TS/SCI with a polygraph required

Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of cloud technology
Knowledge of AWS development
Knowledge of the SAP community preferred
BA or BS degree in an IT-related field a plus
