Ross O’Rourke is Chief Executive Officer of Crimson Phoenix, a U.S.-based company providing state-of-the-art data science, data analytics, and intelligence solutions for the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.

A United States Marine Corps and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, Ross founded iC-1 Solutions, a high-end engineering firm which he grew from one to 240 people in just four years and is the chairman of the board for a rapidly growing SaaS company, Agile ATS.

Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has a passion for leadership, culture, and team building. His goal is to build an authentic workforce that promotes creativity; motivated by overcoming challenges, not just bonuses and pay. Ross leads generously, and authentically and is passionate about providing white-glove service to his customers.

Phil Hubbell

Chief Operating Officer

Phil Hubbell is Chief Operating Officer of Crimson Phoenix. Phil co-founded Crimson Phoenix and provides strategic, organizational, and administrative leadership to the day-to-day business operations in support of Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

A United States Air Force and Operation Desert Storm veteran, Phil has controlled the daily operations of several successful commercial businesses, including overseeing the growth of one company to 150 employees with clients throughout the Midwest East and Coast.

Phil was one of the initial founders and serves on the Board of Directors for U-Turn Ministries and Doxa Wells. U-Turn has successfully shared their ministry to over 3.5 million people, built dozens of churches, schools, and helped shelter thousands in Malawi, Mozambique, and Zambia, Africa. Phil also is involved with Doxa Wells, working hard to provide quality water solutions throughout southwest Africa.

Tim Linthicum is the Chief Security Officer (CSO) for Crimson Phoenix responsible for the overall management of Government Security Programs including the establishment of all policies and procedures, program security oversight, and guidance relative to the protection of US Government Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), DoD classified information, classified contracts, secured facilities, personnel security clearances, and the Security Awareness Program.

Tim possesses over 40 years in National Security, Intelligence and Defense, holding and managing pivotal roles in mid to large size organizations. Tim excels in operational support services, executive leadership, conflict and risk mitigation, and Industrial Security compliance.

With a solid educational foundation in Criminal Justice from Bowie State University and extensive training from both the US Government and Military, Tim has demonstrated proficiency in counterintelligence, investigations, and operational security processes, ensuring strict adherence to National Security requirements.

Jared Lane is Executive Vice President of Crimson Phoenix with oversight of operations, business strategy, and delivery of a range of innovative analytic, cyber, and IT solutions in support of the Intelligence Community and National Defense.

A United States Navy veteran, Jared supported Defense Intelligence Agency programs as an Analyst, Operations Officer, and Program Manager for Cyberspace Solutions before taking on increasing responsibilities as Program Director, Director of Service Delivery, and Vice President of Operations.

Jared holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, and he brings expertise in business growth efforts, including solutioning and proposal development, contract and team management, business strategy and execution, and maintaining efficient workflows to maximize productivity and performance.

Tommy Seaford is Executive Vice President of Crimson Phoenix providing strategic leadership for centralized, enterprise-level solutions and services for the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, federal law enforcement, and civilian agencies.

Tommy brings twenty years of IT, consulting, and management experience in both the commercial and government sectors. Seaford founded Seaford Consulting, a company focused on integrated business and IT solutions for the government, and the Community of Smalls, an association of over 115 small businesses working together to deliver cost-effective and modern solutions to the government.

Tommy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University, and he brings expertise in a full range of client-facing business and information technology solutions.

Gerald Walker

Gerald Walker is Vice President of Crimson Phoenix’s corporate Program Management Office, providing oversight of security, contracts and subcontracts, finance, recruiting and staffing, human resources, and quality assurance functions. Gerald serves as the lead PMO representative and is the first line of communications for support and field assistance with all Crimson Phoenix employees.

Gerald is a retired Army Officer with over 25 years of Government experience. With this experience he has developed leadership and training requirements for multiple agencies such as the Defense Intelligence Agency, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security, and the Pentagon.

Gerald graduated from Jackson State University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, as well as a Master’s in Business Administration. His expertise includes leadership, strategic planning and assessment, contingency implantation, customer relations.

Ty Crockett is one of the co-founders of Crimson Phoenix and the Vice President of Recruiting, providing oversight of talent acquisition, talent pipelines, and strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement.

Ty joined the federal contracting industry in 2011, working at Salient Federal Solutions where he quickly rose to a leadership position within the company. He then joined TPGS and helped grow the company from one employee in 2013 to 100 by 2016.

Ty graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in History Education. He brings years of expertise in leadership, recruiting, and building successful teams.

Nicole Schwab is Director of Crimson Phoenix’s corporate Program Management Office, supporting all security, contracts and subcontracts, finance, recruiting and staffing, human resources, and quality assurance support functions. Nicole was instrumental in the growth and expansion of Crimson Phoenix’s Program Management Office.

Prior to joining Crimson Phoenix, Nicole supported daily communications for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Office of Public Affairs. Nicole spent her final year in the FBI as a Communications Specialist in the Weapons of Mass Destruction Directorate, where she implemented a communication strategy and worked with the Office of Public Affairs to develop internal positive news stories.

Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies from James Madison University. Her expertise lies in her ability to maintain strong and open lines of communication with all employees.

Scott Crane

Scott Crane is Chief Financial Officer of Crimson Phoenix, a U.S. provider of advanced solutions for defense and intelligence customers. Scott is responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, and treasury management. He couples his financial management acumen with early-career experience in software development, consulting, and business development to bring a unique perspective to the CFO role.

Prior to joining Crimson Phoenix, Scott spent 11 years in various CFO and consulting roles for private-equity-backed companies such as Illuminate, Polaris Alpha, and EOIR Technologies. Prior to EOIR, Scott managed a portfolio of C4ISR programs as an executive at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Scott holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems Technologies from George Washington University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from the California Polytechnic State University.

Chris Gros is Chief People Officer of Crimson Phoenix responsible for shaping organizational culture and development, ensuring its alignment with overarching company objectives, and developing talent strategies that align with the company’s short-term goals and long-range strategic plans.

A United States Marine Corps, Operations Enduring Freedom, and Iraqi Freedom Veteran, Chis transitioned to government contracting at the end of his 20-year Marine Corps career, channeling his commitment to people into the human resources field where he supported multiple organizations in developing teams, retaining talent, and fostering leadership.

Chris holds a Master of Arts in Literature from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the Virginia Military Institute. Chris has also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at several colleges, teaching subjects ranging from literature to critical thinking.

Ramzy founded TekMasters in 2002. As CEO, he led TekMasters in its evolution as an emerging small business providing engineering, data science, educational, and cyber security services to the Federal Government. Ramzy’s background includes success across Fortune 500 companies in both business development and program management roles.

Megally holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems. He brings expertise in business management, business operations, and business growth efforts including negotiation, strategy, and execution.

Prior to her current role, Silver led teams of marketing, proposal, and business development professionals for Titan/L-3 Communications, BAE Systems, Vykin Corporation (SOSi), as well as VP of Marketing and Proposals for Cyberspace Solutions.

Silver’s expertise includes leadership, team building, business growth and strategy, proposal management, marketing, business development, process and performance management, budget and cost management, and resource planning.

Throughout his career at Salient Federal Solutions and TPGS, where he helped grow the company to over 150 employees in five years, he provided business capture, recruitment, and management in support of high-end professional services such as training, enterprise IT, data science, budget/analytics, and functional advisory services.

Brad graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship. Brad’s expertise includes contract management, recruiting, business development, and proposal support. He actively works with Christian Missionary Organizations to support their worldwide programs.

A retired U.S. Air Force Officer with 22 years of service as an Intelligence and Security expert, Robert has served in various roles at Cyberspace Solutions including supporting programs at the Pentagon with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, supporting DIA, DHS, and FBI as Program Director, and managing all Multi-Award Contract vehicles.

Robert holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, and he brings expertise in program management and strategic planning and development, as well as opportunity forecasting, team building, proposal development, and contract management.
