Two New Programs
Crimson Phoenix is happy to share we were added to two new programs. One is an ISD program supporting the NGA. The other is a finance program supporting Langley, VA.
Expand the Company
Crimson Phoenix did have a great meeting with the Department of Energy in Augusta, Georgia. We look forward to being added to that program at some point this year. We are also working on expanding into the Maryland region as well. We will keep you updated!
Employee Benefit Renewals
Crimson Phoenix finished up their employee benefit renewals. Everyone should receive their new insurance cards by no later than 3/31. If you do not receive your insurance card, please reach out to Tiffany Langdon at tlangdon@crimsongovernment.com
Better Understanding
Crimson Phoenix would like to remind all our employees that Nicole Schwab or Gerald Walker will be reaching out in the next few months to retrieve some data from you for our SharePoint site. This will allow the company to have a better understanding of what you are doing and provide better support
Microsoft Teams
We planted the seed about getting employees set up with Microsoft Teams. Nicole or Gerald will likely be reaching out this month to help you get set up.
IARPA/ODNI
This is only relevant (right now) to employees supporting IARPA/ODNI.
- Per DNI, no OCONUS non-mission essential travel is permitted
- If an individual travel or comes into contact with someone that has travelled to: Italy, S. Korea, China, Japan or Iran, a 14 Day quarantine is mandatory
- Personal OCONUS travel is allowed but future quarantine is possible; Telework and/or billability may or may not be allowable, each situation will vary
- The IARPA Director has cancelled all trips to Washington State; more domestic travel restrictions may be announced soon
- A 14 Day quarantine and self-reporting is mandatory if you have been diagnosed with Covid-19; Concern with DNI staff who have underlying health issues that make them vulnerable
- Expect more travel will be cancelled in the coming days and weeks, we are seeking all travel plans from all
- Please be careful not to book travel that may end up being cancelled
- Staff that do not self-report may be subject to discipline up to and including removal from the program
- Please report any personal international travel
- Encouraging teleconferences and other ways to avoid large meetings
- We are working to try and identify any staff that support the Program that may have a high health risk
Event Follow up
Bowling
We had a great time bowling and hope everyone can make the next event in May. Nicole will be coordinating this event so feel free to reach out to her with ideas!
Crimson Employee Recognition
Crimson Phoenix would like to recognize Sophia Magloire for doing an outstanding job supporting her team at IARPA. She has stepped up to support the team as their event coordinator on top of everything else that she does.
Crimson Phoenix would like to recognize Joey Morris for doing an outstanding job on working extra hours to help train new employees. His selflessness and team first attitude exemplify what it means to be a leader within the company.
Congratulations to David Medinets for helping Crimson Phoenix expand into the Veteran Affairs space. David is leading a highly technical project in support of the VA.

Laura Percy
- What is your favorite hobby? Photography, illustrating & hiking
- What is your favorite book and/or movie? Favorite book is The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
Favorite movie would probably have to be Up or Finding Nemo. - Where did you go to school? Arizona State University, Go Devils
- I really don’t like…. 120 degree weather – that’s why I moved back to the east coast!
- What makes you passionate about your work? Getting to be apart of a mission that I believe in.
- What is a fun fact that most people might not know about you? When I was in high school I volunteered at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and was able to go watch a movie in the White House movie theater, we got a mini tour and ended up meeting President George W. Bush – the whole experience was always something that I thought was so neat!
- When I was Five Years old, I wanted to be?A professional basketball player.
- The most important thing in my life is…My faith and family.
- I look forward to working at Crimson Phoenix because…I can’t wait to be apart of such a fantastic team and get to continue to be apart of a mission that I believe in.
Josh Morris

- Where did you go to school? Jefferson Forest High School, and Central Virginia Community College.
- I really don’t like…. Negativity. A positive attitude makes any situation better .
- What makes you passionate about your work? I really just enjoy meeting and connecting with new people.
- What is a fun fact that most people might not know about you? I love to build things. Working with my hands and creating something unique that I can go back and look at is so rewarding.
- When I was Five Years old, I wanted to be?A professional wrestler.
- The most important thing in my life is…God. Followed by my beautiful wife Brittany , and my sweet baby girl Lucy Mae.
